Representative Olson moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 65(JUD) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 65(JUD) "An Act relating to the disclosure of financial information by persons who are subject to the Legislative Ethics Act and by certain public officers, public employees, and candidates for public office." Representative Hawker placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 65(JUD) pass the House?"
